Death Warriors Guild Rules!!! MUST READ!!!
Welcome to Death Warriors!
All Members of Death Warriors are required to read & follow the guild rules. There will be no exceptions! We expect you to know what the rules are! Disregard for any of our rules WILL result in guild removal.
We are a Family Orientated Guild! So please be mindful that we have members of all ages, races, and class!
Be polite and respectful to guild members and any players you come in contact with in World of Warcraft. If you are wearing the Death Warriors tabard, your actions reflect on our guild name. Actions that will result in guild removal includes: Ninja Looting, Scamming, Harassment, Public Attacks on other players/guilds (including posts on forums), and any excessively rude or sexual comments, and of course CURSING!
NO profanity or vulgar language will be tolerated at any time! This includes using slang such as WTF, etc. If given permission to use Vent, Ventrillo will be clean at all times! Do not engage in inappropriate discussions! Warnings and/or guild removal will result from foul language.
NO pestering. Requesting help with quests/instances in guild chat is fine. However, we do not tolerate spamming guild chat with these requests, trying to single people out by constantly sending whispers, or whining in guild chat trying to make people feel guilty. Warnings will be given for such behavior, and further action will be taken if necessary.
No arguments or disputes should be fought over in guild or general chat channels.
If members have problems with someone, use whisper or talk to an available Officer. If the problem is with an Officer, talk to Damaan or Kamma.
NO begging. Begging for freebies & money in Guildchat is not allowed. Also DO NOT ask for loans from members! This can create huge problems between members! In the event that you do need a loan please talk to Damaan or Kamma. We will evaluate all requests on an as needed basis. Deciding factors are: how long you have been in guild and guild involvement.
Please do not ask to be promoted. However you may remind an officer if you were informed of a promotion. Recruits will be promoted in a week or asap if they recruit 2 members. Once Promoted to Crusader you will then have access to Guild Bank and repairs. Please let Damaan or Kamma know if you recruit. Officers are decided upon by Damaan and Kamma. Factors involved in promotions are contributions to the Guild Bank, Guild Involvement and Willingness to help members of the Guild. All Officers will be expected to assist members!!! If you are unable to fill this role please let Damaan or Kamma know and you will be removed from such responsibility.
Members will be allowed to schedule events on the Calendar but please inform Damaan, Kamma or an Officer of the events.
If you schedule a Dungeon or Raid please make arrangements to have your own DPS, Tank, Healer, etc. available. Also, if you do schedule an event please be available. In the event that you are not able to, please inform an Officer prior to the instance so other arrangements can be made and members are not sitting around waiting or wondering if it will take place. Members should group with equal levels to do instances. You will gain more Xp. Do not be lazy! You may have to actually kill something yourself.
Do not leave/quit a party without a word. Try to finish what you were doing. But if you really have to leave, tell that to the other people in your party. And ALWAYS say "THANK YOU" if a member helps you. Most people will be more willing to assist you in the future if you acknowledge this. Remember that they are offering their time, so please be mindful of this. People can not be expected to assist all day long to help one person! If a members says that they are unavailable to help, then they are unavailable to help! Try and do it yourself!
Have respect for everyone. Not everyone has the same experience, so do not stress out if something goes wrong. Everyone must learn. Do not blame each other. Everyone once was a newbie and there are some of us that still are learning as we play.
NO Ninja-looting. Take only when you really need. Nobody will blame you if you press need and you really need the item. But when you ninja, there will be actions taken, and you may not be invited to go hunting again. Do NOT take items from guild bank that you will not use!
If you have considered things well and wish to leave the guild, you are expected to contact an officer and state why u want to leave the guild. We will not hold this against you and we will wish you well on your adventures.
If you have any suggestions or concerns please contact an officer.
And remember most of all .....
Have FUN!!!
