New Realm
Until the queue dies down I am going to be playing my horde toons on the new realm Haomarush. You can find me there under the names Murinel, marinale, Unholynyss, Owanati, Woolie, myzarael or Nqqb.
We have a guild there as well named Bloodoath.

What spec/profession is your Deathknight?
So I know three of us (john, Doug, and myself) have delved into the darker side and created Deathknights for the guild. And so far, from what I recall, John is going Frost and Doug Unholy. I'm thinking of going Blood to cover the bases. Should make an interesting grouping at least. :)
As far as professions, I had always planned on going inscription, but I might start off with two gathering for the time being, and simply switch over later on after I have a good store stocked up. Likely I'll go mining/herbalism...although the crit bonus for being a high skinner is nice, too...

Radom just happened to ding 70 tonight. Grats to Radom. We are getting closer to having our own little raid team :)
