If you wanna raid then we in the guild want you to
Come prepared (flasks, food etc)
The right specc (dont come in a pvp specc or a fail pve specc)
Have ventrilo installed
Come with the right Enchants on your gear
Come with the right gems in your gear
Be hit capped

Anything else that i haven't mention?
